Cancellation Policy

·      Lessons may be cancelled or edited up to 24 hours before that lesson slot with no charge.  Cancelled lessons will be credited to your account.

·      If you cancel or change a lesson within 24 hours of that lesson slot, you will be charged in full.  

·      All pony days, activities, courses, parties and lessons booked privately though the office arenon-refundable. 

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Think Like A Pony is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
